The hotel is clean and conveniently located near bus transport, the Riverwalk, and Downtown San Antonio. There are plenty of dining options available, from fast food to more special places highly recommended on TripAdvisor. - the hotel offers a good choice of delicious meals.

The rooms here are spacious with two beds, and the staff is friendly and pleasant.

Everything was great, marvellous location so close to 15 minutes away from all the tourists activities as well as more special places as seen on trip advisor, very amiable staff. We had a very pleasant stay in our reasonably large room with 2 beds.

The locations was great. It was near gas stations and some restaurants. It was also very small and quiet which was great.

They never cleaned the room, didn't change the sheets at all, only gave two small towels, and no kleenex.

Nice & quiet, short distance to major freeways. Walking distance to several fast food restaurants. Clean, and the bed was comfortable..

breakfast was bad to none, no hot water in the mornings, rated as a 3 star and should be a 1, very dirty room, beds squeaked, towels had stains

The rooms had a good size with 2 beds, and everything was great.

Absolutely nothing. If there was a rating worse than "poor", it would be 10 notches below that. It was a horrendous experience.

The rooms were worse than filthy. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The tub was black with dirt, shower curtain had black mold. Food on the carpet, food stains on walls

Nothing. I was very dissapointed

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was pubic hair in the bathtub, squished bugs everywhere, The smell was horrible. No hot water!!!! Some of the lights didn't work. The "kitchenette" was gross, we never used it because of the grossness. There were all kinds of spills? On the walls. Spiders crawling around. It was gross. My 10 year old caught something the very first night were were there and is now on antibiotics. The "breakfast" was literally a few glazed doughnuts and some watered down oj. When my bf turned the doughnut over, he discovered mold!!! I threw up. I would never wish this place one my enemy. We checked out early.

We loved our stay here! the hotel is cozy and has a great location, right next to a bunch of restaurants ranging from quick bites to fancier dining spots, just like the ones recommended on Trip Advisor 🍔.

The hotel has very amiable staff and an easy location close to all the tourist activities. There are lots of delicious meal options available. a pleasant experience.

The mantenance staff was friendly but the owner is not. The maid called is sick and we did not have towels or our room made up. The owner refused to acknowledge this fact and argued with us. She did nothing to resolve our dissatisfaction. The area is surrounded by a ghetto with boarded up stores and bars on windows. Odd. They put a bottle of chanpagne in our room after several requests. That was maintenance Not the owner. We will never return.

Management

It was 20 miles away from my training site, and I asked for an location near the training site. So yeah being mislead that this location was right around the corner from the site, it was very fun to find out ther truth :(
